Fave Reads of the Month: December 2021

Why yes, it is already halfway through January and I’m just getting to my December favorite reads. It’s been a rough go the past couple of weeks, and honestly, I almost didn’t even write this post because I feel like December 2021 was so last year. BUT I read some truly amazing books in December and I want you all to hear about them and go read them so I figured I should show them some love. Because I only read romance in December, I had more favorite reads than normal, but hey, that’s never a bad thing! Here’s all the books that stole my heart!

All the Feels by Olivia Dade: Ugh. I just love this book so much. It literally gave me all the feels. I love this couple and their story and everything about it was so so so perfect. I can’t wait to read it again!

The Lady Gets Lucky by Joanna Shupe: You all know I don’t read a ton of historical, but Joanna just hits for me every time. I’m obsessed with these Gilded Age stories and this one was so sweet and steamy!

Thank You, Next by Andie J. Christopher: I just love her and I love this book. Andie is really a master of the genre.

Just Haven’t Met You Yet by Sophie Cousens: The only thing I didn’t like about this book was the way the song got stuck in my head every time I saw the title (which is happening right now). But this was an adorable love story and it was a lot of fun to read.

The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren: This was my favorite CLo book in a while. It felt like classis Christina Lauren with a swoony hero, great banter, and fantastic characters. Loved it!

The Roughest Draft by Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka: I’ve been shouting about this book so much that I finally can spell Austin’s name without looking it up! Honestly, I am so excited for everyone to get their hands on this book because it is stunningly gorgeous.

The Paris Connection by Lorraine Brown: If you want to get swept away to Paris (and who doesn’t?) this is the book for you!

Weather Girl by Rachel Lynn Solomon: All my notes say for this one: “Perfect” so if that doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what will!

Another fabulous month of fabulous romance books! What was your favorite read of December?
